My experience with Kovar Contracting was extremely disappointing. I hired them to replace my roof, but instead of delivering quality workmanship, they left me with a slew of leaks and interior water damage. Their negligence not only resulted in financial loss but also caused significant stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for the job's integrity have caused me considerable frustration and dissatisfaction.

Our families experience with Delonix over the last many years has been nothing short of perfect. We have used Daryl and his team for many projects at our home. He has bailed me out many times with unforeseen situations. He is excellent at planning and helping with ideas for your project right from the ground up. They are extremely meticulous to detail and their workmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to have Daryl and his team build our next home. Once your part of the Delonix family you will never be forgotten about. Five stars all the way!!

We were referred to solage solide by one of our neighbours and we were not disappointed! Matt and his crew did an amazing job, they were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. They did a high quality job for a very reasonable price, and it was not an easy job. We had a foundation crack beneath our composite deck. We managed to undo part of the deck and they were able to dig around the crack, repair it and backill, without doing any damage to our deck or surrounding unistone. They took great care and took the time to do a thorough job and clean up afterwards. They also filled in two other cracks in the basement and did some cement work. I would highly recommend them for any foundation repair work.

Our basement renovation goal was to have the largest room possible to give us maximum flexibility in use. Other contractors proposed a series of small rooms or a single weird shaped room because of challenges posed by low ducts placed in odd locations. It felt like building codes were restricting their creativity.Holland Homes & Renovations gave us the big room we wanted and minimized the duct work without compromising our space. They listened to what we wanted and proposed workable solutions. Best of all, the work met the building code that the other contractors were using as excuses!During construction there were the inevitable change discussions as we added features like a fireplace. Scott, Rob, and the whole crew always listened closely to what we wanted and provided great suggestions.The best part of hiring Holland was they listened to us and defended our interests!
